'Amy at the front desk was a delight'

'This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port. The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future. It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store.'

'When I arrived apparently a sweet women was helping out because someone had walked off the job. She didn’t know everything and she apologized. She did the best she could. The next day there was a Caucasian women with glasses behind the desk and she was by far the rudest woman I probably ever come across in a hotel. I will never return. The rooms were ok. The pillows are horrible the carpet and furniture were very dirty.'

'We had a very nice day for our daughter's graduation. Really appreciated the coffee and ice water in the lobby, staff was great super helpful. The hotel is rather small but quaint ,lovely decorated, clean with a great location !'

'Nice view and nice spacious room with comfortable beds. But amenities are minimal and possibly less than some motels. A cheap coffee/tea maker, no microwave, a tiny fridge totally empty. Bathroom had just one bar of soap and one tube of body lotion, with shampoo and body wash dispenser in the shower stall. Truly disappointed.'

'The property needs renovations specifically inside the room. There was no toilet paper holder, the AC made strange sounds at night. But the wors thing is the other people inside thebproperty apparently they live here. And we felt watched at all times. At night we coulnt sleep because there was two people outside taliking for kver an hour.we though there were listening to see if we were asleep. At 5am outside of the room there was a tall tree with many birds singing. One of the reasons we stayed...

'The lobby was very dirty, and when I got to the room, it was filthy, and there were bugs—like bedbugs—crawling on the bed. When I spoke to the person at the front desk, they told me it was the only room available and that if I wanted to stay, that was the room available, and that if I left, they wouldn't refund my money, because I was the one who didn't want to stay.'

'Room fine. Bed good. Had much better breakfasts in Super 8s at a fraction of the cost. Breakfast was at a Ststbucks expensive with an egg croissant that had the consistency of rubber.'
