'We had a lovely stay here. The staff were wonderful and accommating, gave us tips on places and restaurants to go to. Its only a short walk to the centre and to the riverside - extremely convenient. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options and fresh bread each morning - 3 different kinds! Downsides - The walls were thin and on our last night we could hear the room next to us snoring. Also we had a problem with parking where all spaces were taken due to an event so we had to drive out of...

'Cannot rate the staff, this is a self service hotel, but it’s really easy, you’ll get a couple of codes the day of your stay. The hotel is right in the heart of the shambles, as a tourist that’s exactly the area where you want to be. The hotel is like nothing that you ever have experienced before, I can guarantee it. Without spoiling your experience I will tell you that my hard-to-please teenager was flabbergasted with the experience, he said it’s in his top 5 hotels in the world. '
