They are all amazing at their job, with their kindness, attention to detail, and the pleasant atmosphere they help create. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, there are only 2 other hotels that come close. Easy 5/5 stars, and definitely a hotel I'd recommend. '

'The room was clean, comfortable bed, with great temperature control. It was perfect for us two. If you have mobility issues, (walk with cane, crutches, walker) I would go with a bigger room. Great room. Outdoor entrance and lobby was very classy. It provided health supplies (brush, toothbrush , toothpaste, skincare products, tea, coffee) if needed. Staff was very kind and let us store luggage for an hour after we checked out and even called a cab for us. Highly recommend this hotel!!! Great...

'One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Japan! we booked the quad room and our kids loved the bunk bed layout and it was nice to have a lounge area to hang in our room. Room was super clean, spacious and modern with Pjs provided. The onsen was a nice bonus as well as the complimentary yuzu cider drinks! We loved our stay and wish we booked for longer! '
