'This place is terrible. We first wanted to simply add another day to our reservation but was told we could not make any "changes" without losing our initial payment because it was "non-refundable." We weren't canceling, we were adding another day. Expedia was no help. We just added another day under a different reservation to avoid this ridiculous policy. The hotel was in a sketchy area. 'The hotel is in a more "sketchy" part of town. Anytime you see a "belongings at your own risk" sign you know there is a reason. Hotel is right beside of an airport parking lot. Room was clean except what looked to be pubic hairs in the bed & a big indention in the bed. Made an uncomfortable sleeping position. Batteries were dying in the remote. Overall 3.8/5'

'Hotel is pet friendly and we were put in a room right next to a dog that we could hear barking down the hallway when we checked in at 11:30pm. We immediately went back down to the front desk and requested another room. Those without animals should not be on the same floor as someone with animals.'
