« Amenities in tge room were constantly missing and had to be requested. Room was not clean. »

« Smelled of mold, so badly I couldn’t breathe well. Manager said “no problem” we will give the refund. Contact hours are from 12am-2pm. They never responded to Expedia’s attempts to refund my stay. My credit card refunded my stay, instead. »

« Staff was helpful, washroom was not clean. Breakfast and food options are great. »

« Nice »

« Nice room »

« Nice property by the side of river »

« I am not sure how this hotel has such high rating. For the 60 € per night I would expect at least clean bedding. Generally it was not clean. The staff was really helpful. The location is not amazing - far from Laxman Jhula, 15-20 min walk from Ram Jhula. Generally way too expensive for what it offers. »

« Yeah pool was enjoyable not crowded. Spa experience was brilliant just what I was looking for »
