Algemeen tevreden.
Kamer zijn nieuw en comfortabel Bediening in het restaurant, heel vriendelijk, ze doen hun best maar het kan professioneler, de aperitief komt samen met de hoofdschotel, de rode wijn is rond de 30 C, ... Kwaliteit vlees van de Grill kaart is slecht.

Çok memnun kaldık
Resepsiyondan,yiyecek içecek ekibi,aşçı arkadaşlar keza,lobideki temizlik ekibi hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ediyoruz tekrardan.Bizimle ve kızımızla çok ilgilendiler ,son derece güler yüzlüler sağolsunlar bir dediğimizi iki etmediler.Otele gelmeden odayı ısıtmalarını rica etmiştik bebek var diye sağolsunlar unutmamışlar.Kızımız lobiyi biraz kirletti mahçup olduk ancak sağolsunlar hemen temizlediler.Girişte atıştırmalık ve içecek olması çok güzel.Otoparkı hemen kapıda,kapalısıda var biz kullanmadık ama..Otelin konumu güzel.Odamız deniz manzaralıydı..Kahvaltıda genişti.Biz her şeyden memnun kaldık

Saat 11.30’da resepsiyondan arayıp 12.00’de çıkmanız gerektiğini hatırlatmaları hiç hoş değil. Misafirperver bir tutum gerekir. Otel içi alkol fiyatları fahiş seviyelerde. Temizlik iyi, odalarda bornoz mevcut değil. Müşteri kitlesinin neredeyse tamamı yabancı. Personeller ilgili ve nazik.

Good option in Yalova
Super comfortable bed, slow Internet, and not enough hot water in the evening. Prices went up a lot lately too. Overall I do recommend that hotel. Object is still pretty new, However it’s getting older, and maintenance so far is not present.

This was my 2nd time at the hotel, location is goon not far from city center, hotel still new excellent condition, room size good enough for 2 persons with all the amenities, breakfast lots of variety and delicious, free parking, highly recommended.
