'Not clean at all and when we checked the staff said we are not allowed to use the hotel for lunch even though we paid for an all-inclusive package. Since we arrived late on the first day and missed lunch, but we still expected to have access to the hotel services.'

'The staff were incredibly friendly, and the front desk was so helpful they spoke English, Arabic, and Turkish! The hotel breakfast was the highlight of my morning, with delicious food and a very clean restaurant. I was so impressed by the menu options. The pool was extremely clean and well maintained, and the Turkish Hamam was just as good. The hotel room cleaning was spectacular, and it’s perfect for families and groups of friends.'
