This stylish modern 4 bedroomed, 3 bathroom villa with a private heated pool (heated in the winter months) and pool table sleeps up to 8 guests. Villa Quintus is an ideal family villa with a spacious layout being spread over two floors.

Situated in a tranquil residential area of Montana Roja, the villa is just a few minutes’ drive or a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca. It is here you will find a wide variety of local amenities, including bars, restaurants, shops and a lovely sandy beach. Closer to the villa you have a convenience store just a few minutes’ walk away. For further grocery needs there is a Lidl supermarket around a 20 minute walk away.

Villa Quintus offers a contemporary feel enjoying fabulous sea views across to Los Lobos and Fuerteventura from the first floor balcony terrace. The villa is set in attractive grounds with lush flowers and shrubs surrounding an inviting pool. The covered terrace area and barbeque offers you the delight of dining alfresco in the warm Lanzarote days and evenings. Additionally, there’s a bar area alongside the pool table
