'House was nice and spacious. Great location. Giorgia, the property manager was absolutely wonderful. She answered all our questions, made shuttle arrangements, was very attentive, responded very quickly. So pleasant to work with. Matteo gave us great recommendations, especially for the cenota. We had a great stay.'

'This house was in a great location. There were so many things we loved about the house, mainly the out door areas. The deck areas and pools were perfect! The house had plenty of room for people to relax on their own. And it had great access to the beach. Just know that it is an older home, it is well cleaned but things need upkeep. Also know that the mattresses are very firm, they were ok for us, but softer would have been nice. And it was a bit hard to not flush toilet paper, but they did...

'Mike’s place is so peaceful! The location is great and very convenient for diving and snorkeling. The house has everything you will need and then some. The beds are comfortable and the floor plan very comfortable for a group. Jazmin is an amazing chef — don’t miss out on this special treat! Josue was an excellent dive guide, and Clemente took us on a great snorkeling tour to see the starfish and stingrays it El Cielo. We can’t wait to return! Thank you Mike for your hospitality!'

'Villa Mayan Breeze was such a great experience for boys trip. There were 13 of us. The loungers and the vibe outside by the pool were immaculate and a short 2 min walk away from beach. Would recommend 10/10.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is fabulous and the decor, charming. It’s 1 block from a beautiful beach in one direction and another block away from 5th street, which is a car free zone filled with shops, restaurants and night clubs. Everything is at your fingertips. The condo was clean, private and cozy and Terri and Dana were very easy to reach and super accommodating. The condo is 2 levels, with your own private hot tub. The neighbourhood is filled with coffee shops, convenience...

'We enjoyed being able to stay with our large group of friends. The house is nice and big and provides plenty of space. The pool was fantastic! The private beach is beautiful. It would be nice to have some light weight beach chairs available for guests to take to the beach with them. The house was nice and clean and we had a wonderful time! '
