'Centrally located. Four floors total. We got a nice view of the water facing the lake. Staff was extremely helpful and they go out of their way to help. Tip: get WeChat App and add the hotel contact and communicate with the language of your choice (ours: English).
Breakfast was good but they don’t know how to make omelets which was disappointing!
All in all great experience.
Hotel manager: ask your chef to learn to make omelets.'

'The front desk staff, Maggie Hu, was amazing. She helped us with booking a six seater luxury van to help us get from our hotel to the Longji terraces on such a last minute request. Our family agreed that she made the best guilin noodles. The noodles were so good that we had requested to have it on both mornings of our stay. She made us feel welcomed, and a part of her family. Her generosity and hospitality will never be forgotten. It definitely made our stay memorable. We were traveling with two...

'Our room was large and comfortable with big picture windows looking at the mountains with a good-sized modern bathroom. The hotel is a lovely old style building with beautiful Chinese furniture. The owner of the hotel was charming and helpful and showed us where to have an excellent dinner in a Chinese restaurant nearby in the village. She even drove us to the nearby Reed Flute Cave as we were unable to call a taxi, and when we left she called a taxi for us and told the driver where to leave...

'Great location, old glory. Really nice rooms. It is only very annoying that you have to pay 500 RMB deposit. This way the hotel tells you at first contact: "We are not going to trust you.". I hardly ever come across this anymore.'

'Stayed at the hotel for a bit more than a week. Looks very nice aesthetically. Very nice and flexible cleaning staff...that's where the good parts end honestly. Checking in was difficult, the people at the front couldn't find my reservation and were skeptical that I actually booked rooms. There were bugs and mosquitoes in my room, and I always woke up with bug bites. While checking out, the front desk said I was good to go. Half an hour later, I am bombarded with calls about some bills that I...

'Chambres très propres, c'est un hôtel qui vient d'ouvrir.bien placé, très attentif. C'est dommage que la salle du petit déjeuner est trop petite avec un hôtel plein. Faut se battre pour avoir une place. La gestion n'est pas au point. Il faudra faire patienter les personnes au lieu de continuer à faire entrer des personnes quand il n'y a plus de place.'
