'There was a groups of 6 there for the world national fishing tournament for the high school! Perfect place on the water with the ramp right beside us. Only bad thing was the walkway to the boat slip was underwater but that was beyond any control of the owner! Perfect location on the water. Easy to walk down to the water and great place to stay! '

'We had an amazing stay! The views from the property were absolutely stunning — the perfect backdrop for a relaxing trip. The location offered easy access to all the water activities Grand Lake is known for, from boating and fishing to swimming and s8ght seeing The owners were incredibly hospitable and communicative, making the entire experience seamless from booking to check-out.
