Outside you'll find a private front porch with rocking chairs and a hammock, a sunny back deck, a fire pit and an outdoor shower, all just a 3-minute walk to the sand.

Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire upstairs unit and its own outdoor space. The outdoor areas for the two units are separated by a gate and deck, and you will not share any space with guests in the downstairs unit. Check-in instructions are sent before arrival.

Nestled along the quiet north end of Wrightsville Beach, 1502 North Lumina Avenue blends laid-back coastal living with convenience. Just steps from the ocean and the sound, the area is ideal for beachgoers, surfers and paddleboarders, with scenic walks on the Loop and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.

Other Things to Note:

1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit

2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB

3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
