    De perfecte locatie voor familie en vrienden! Geniet van deze prachtig ingerichte duplex aan de oceaan op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand en dicht bij Crystal Pier. De begane grond heeft een bijgewerkte keuken, een complete badkamer en een open woon- en eetkamer, allemaal met uitzicht op de oceaan. Het dek uit de woonkamer heeft veel zitplaatsen aan de oceaan om te ontspannen na een dag op het strand of een maaltijd. De eerste slaapkamer met 2 slaapkamers bevindt zich ook op dit niveau. De 2e verdieping heeft 2 slaapkamers, elk met een eigen complete badkamer. Een van deze slaapkamers beschikt over twee queensize bedden en een eigen balkon om te genieten van uw koffie in de ochtend of een slaapmutsje na een lange dag in de zon. U vindt een ruime master suite met een kingsize bed, een complete badkamer en een eigen balkon met een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan en het geluid. Loop naar de lokale winkels en restaurants, waaronder een koffiebar, een surfwinkel en het Oceanic Restaurant. Boek vandaag nog uw verblijf en maak blijvende herinneringen met vrienden en familie!

We had plenty of room for our family and two dogs. There was space for parking. Both porches had a fantastic view. I love how we could walk straight out to the beach or we could walk a short distance for food and watching the football game.

Excellent Views- Dreamy sunrises!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. The views were perfect- just right access to the beach and close to pier. Our property manager was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this spot for a getaway. Hope to stay here again!

Great Condo!

The view was spectacular and the beds comfy! My only issue was the multiple texts and emails each day - a bit river the top communication. Overall a great staycation since we are local!

Lovely rental

We were visiting Wilmington for the first time to attend my son‘s wedding. We wanted to be on the beach and we could not have been more grateful for this rental. More than served our needs. Location was truly amazing. The sunrise views were breathtaking. We were also very thankful to be able to walk to a restaurant and coffee shop. We would love to return for another stay!

Coyote at Wrightsville Beach

This is an older property on the ocean front. Just a short walk to the beach. Bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Kitchen has all the basic needs. The duplex is clean, with ample parking, and a decent view of the ocean. We did not use the supplied beach equipment or grill. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

A wonderful Thanksgiving visit to Wilmington

We enjoyed the condo very much. The location and view are really wonderful. We would recommend that regular curtains be installed in the front main floor bedroom. Presently, they are shears that can be seen through at night. We wish the fireplace was available. We would definitely consider coming back.

Great location but overpriced for value

My family loved the location of this property. Unfortunately, we were faced with a number of issues with the unit that detracted from our overall stay: -Ant infestation -Sliding door was clogged with sand so could not be utilized -Wifi did not work thus TVs were virtually offline -Broken light fixture -Toilet ran continuously after every flush without manual intervention -Extra charges/fees for everything Overall, I was expecting the 5 star price point to come with 5 star quality, but felt more like an average beach rental. I understand every beach unit has its imperfections, but the issues with this unit were numerous and took time and energy away from my vacation.

Best were the beach views, short distance to the beach, location (near pier, Oceanic Restaurant, quiet) and communication with hosts. There were a number of issues with the property which need to be fixed, the most serious one being the railing in stairs going up to top level. The railing at the bottom of the stairs was not "attached" properly to the dry wall resulting in its pulling away from the wall. Having to navigate the stairs without anything to hold onto was a problem for all sleeping on the top floor, especially one of us who was still recovering from back surgery! The second item that needs to be repaired is the larger refrigerator handle. Twice it literally came off the door when it was used to try to open the door. Fortunately it went back on fairly easily, but later did the same thing to another adult in our group. Obviously something is wrong with it. Third, was the shower mechanism in the top floor bedroom with 2 beds. We mentioned it to the young man who came in to fix whatever was wrong with the stove (yes, he fixed that), and he checked it saying it was alright. I personally had an extremely hard time operating it as well as the other person who tried to use it. It is very loose, so difficult to adjust the temperature, and also difficult to pull out so that the water is directed to the shower. It is barely workable - I think it simply needs to be replaced. Otherwise there will be many people who decide to not use it and will complain about it!

I have used VRBO for several years, and have never had a problem until now. The location of this condo is oceanfront and beautiful! Unfortunately, the condition of the condo was disappointing…two of the bathrooms had tub fixtures in need of replacement. One failed and caused a water problem that required the shut off of water to the whole unit so we had to check out one day early. The property manager was responsive, but it has been over a month, and VRBO customer support has dropped the ball in refunding the accurate amount for the last day not stayed but prepaid. In the future, I may check to see if a property has it’s own management company in place before booking through VRBO.

Family Beach trip

This was our first time to Wrightsville Beach. The house was just as described and everything was neat and clean when we arrived. The door code didn’t work on arrival, but the property manager was easy to reach and quickly remedied the issue (an electrical storm that swept through shortly before we arrived apparently caused the problem). The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of places for clothes, luggage, etc. The living space was plenty roomy and comfortable for our group (3 adults and 2 children). We really appreciated the beach toys, chairs and cart. There is an outside shower and hose that was conveniently located. The only thing that stops me from a 5 star rating is the location. The house is very close to a very popular public access. There’s a large public parking lot and changing rooms a stones throw away. While we didn’t expect a private beach, just be aware that it gets crowded early. We learned quickly that we needed to get down and set up our chairs before 8 am if we wanted a spot close to the house. But overall, the properly is very nice and just as pictured. We were blessed with good weather and enjoyed our time at Wrightsville Beach tremendously!

Family vacation

The location of the property is fantastic; right on the beach, on the south side of the island with mainly houses so beach not super crowded. The layout of the house is great and the room sizes perfect for a family of 6 adults.

Perfect Visit

The property was just what we needed. We were visiting our son at UNCW. The location was perfect, close to the school, and yet far enough away to allow him to come and "get away" with us.
