Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire unit and its assigned parking space. 6 Sunset is a four-unit building (two units on the ground floor, one on the second floor and one on the top floor), and each unit has its own private entrance. Check-in instructions are sent before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located on the desirable South End of Wrightsville Beach, 6 Sunset puts the ocean and Banks Channel just steps from your door. Walk to local favorites like SUNdays Cafe, The Oceanic Restaurant and Pier, and South End Surf Shop. Downtown Wrightsville Beach dining, shopping and nightlife are about 1.2 miles away.



Getting Around:

The South End is easy to explore on foot or by bike, with beach access just steps away. Your unit has one assigned parking space on site. Downtown Wilmington is about 20 minutes by car and Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is about 20 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit

2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB

3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

5. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted, ONLY DOGS. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax.

6. Dogs are NOT permitted on the beach from April 1 - September 30 (Wrightsville Beach rule).
