'The apartment does not correspond to the photos, which are significantly more flattering than the actual condition of the property. The space is very small and presents several maintenance issues, including a heavily worn toilet, windows sealed with adhesive tape that allow cold air to enter, and gaps in the window frames. 'Great location and well equipped apartment . Security of the entrance was good , felt a safe neighbourhood and close to theatre district .Would have liked the location entry instructions a little earlier but managed to make it work as we were arriving late it’s always a concern when you go somewhere new . Would recommend '

'It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. Upper West Side and 1/2 block from Central Park, quiet treelined street, lowrise townhouses, and 1 block from subway. Check-in very easy. Owner/host communicates best using WhatsApp rather than VRBO messaging.'
