'we stayed here for 3 days to visit Washington. We were very satisfied, the parking, the pool, the spacious room, everything was fine. Also very easy to go from the hotel by bus to the College Park metro station, 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. We drove by car to the P+R garage next to the station and paid only 5 dollars for the garage on Friday, in the weekend it is even free. Only the breakfast could be a bit more extensive. But I would definitely go here again.'

'Extremely Disappointing Stay — Multiple Dirty Rooms, Stained Bedding, and an Unacceptable Presidential Suite. I genuinely wish I were writing a positive review, but our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway for my husband and me turned into a frustrating experience involving multiple room changes, questionable cleanliness, stained bedding, and repeated conversations with management. We specifically reserved a room with a balcony because...

Goede ontvangst, gezellige dame. Kamer is super, groot, fijn bed, pantry erbij, kortom top. Ontbijt was goed hoewel eentonig.

'Overall good hotel. '

'The staff that were human were awesome (I've stayed there before). But the hotel's problem solving was AI gone bad. No humans on hand in my building. Everything automated. But the code into my room had issues (though it worked on the main entrance). Then, I couldn't figure out the programming to the cheap remote heater. The coffee maker just flat-out didn't work. You can only ask a computer for help so many times. Shame on the owners for saving so much by screwing potential real humans out of...

' Close to a metro station, nice hotel, interior is great. Nice staff and very helpful '

'The room was great, very spacious, comfortable bed and great bathroom. The staff was excellent from beginning to end, especially Rosalia at reception was very helpful and Erika of housekeeping was thoughtful. The hotel is close to all kinds of services and amenities. We highly recommend this as good base for any kind of stay in the DC area. '
