'We know Woodbridge well which is why we chose this beautiful cottage in an absolutely perfect location. Parking was not a problem - plenty of on street parking around, although we parked for £4 a day at the nearby Theatre Street car park as we travelled with young children. The house is just as listed - clean, welcoming, comfortable and incredibly quiet considering its town centre location. Thank you to Sarah for a fabulous long weekend!'

'Lovely house in a lovely location but we had a few issues. The property details said there was a barbecue which had planned to use. There was no barbecue! Instead we had to use the ovens in the kitchen. Both ovens were very dirty one of them filled the kitchen with acrid smoke as soon as we turned it on . It was such a shame because the standards of cleanliness elsewhere in the property were very high. With a barbecue and a clean oven this would have been a pretty much perfect house.'

'The Hayloft had everything we needed for a good stay, location good, bed was comfortable & shower great. However, it was let down by being in need of good Hoover/clean throughout and the radiators require bleeding as only two of the five radiators were working.'

'The property location is very quiet and the large rear garden provide great outside space for young children to play in and to be supervised. It did require some maintenance e.g. uneven patio, brambles and broken hammock. Its an old cottage with lots of character but visitors should not expect a newly renovated home. The bedding and towels were of a good quality. The kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. The cottage has two separate lounges with a good TV package. Given...

'We stayed at this lovely cottage as a family of the with our dog, nearby pub had good food and the nearby town had a great butcher and a well stocked coop, area gives great options to explore as a family.'
