'We loved everything about the property. Definitely would stay again and recommend. Would suggest updating check-in instructions on the VRBO site pertaining to lock on back door. Assuming a new lock has a been installed since directions did not match appearance of lock ( no “screen”, no “checkmark). '

'We had a wonderful stay at Varney Hill Farm. The Loft apartment had everything we needed for our long-weekend stay visiting the Lakes Region. The apartment was clean and well kept. 'Upon arrival, we were greeted to a welcoming wave and smile by Kyle the property manager. Kyle was wonderful to work with over the phone and took care of booking issues promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay in Holderness. The unit itself was very cute and adequate for our stay.
