The pleather upholstery was missing from the in room chair. Hallways and main areas were dirty. Staff was helpful in with the unacceptable room situation. Next trip we will stay in a different hotel. There were many other hotel options in the area and good restaurant options nearby.'

'This property advertises pool and continental breakfast, they had neither. Pool was closed with a tarp over it. Went down for the breakfast and there was none, was told that they have apples. Bathroom had cobwebs and dirt in the corners, bathtub was dingy. I asked for a refund before I went to the room when I saw the pool and mattresses laying against the building and was told there was no refund, so I had no choice but to stay. The only thing good about this place was the lady who checked...

'There are no coffee pots in your room. I'm assuming owner... is not friendly at all. Customer service skills are horrible and not friendly. The only thing good about this place is there a place to rest your head. Spend a little bit more money and get a better hotel with better quality, cleanliness, and staff. All I ever see is one person here so I don't know what "staff" they're asking about. The rooms are disgusting. I literally had to wipe everything down myself and there was still filth...

'Hotel is older and has that older hotel smell - probably from a time when you could smoke in the rooms. Rooms were clean, but dated. It's time for an update but the property is still ok for a cheap overnight stay.'

'Overall very nice stay. Front desk staff was cheerful and pleasant, check in was a breeze. The room was nice and clean but no microwave. We were there as a family with 2 kids so visiting the pool was a top reason I chose this hotel. First off, the pool room is nice and warm, lots of seating too. Unfortunately there were no towels so I had to go to the front desk in my bathing suit and ask for some. Also, there were trash items some other people left behind on one of the tables and some stray...

'The place was very well kept, the staff was wonderful and makes us want to return EXCEPT for the bedding. Our two queen room had two different height beds and both were the old style mattress and box spring. They were worn out, sides broke down, and creaked and cracked at every move. If they replace the bedding I would give it a for sure 5star rating'
