'Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The fitness center was very uncomfortable due to the preset thermostat at 76 degrees. Please fix this. It was like a sauna in there. There was no hand sanitizer. I did appreciate the cold water dispenser though.'

'This is conveniently located just off the interstate and has restaurants and gas stations nearby. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast (cereal, toast/bagels, waffle machine, plus scrambled eggs, sausage, & biscuits and gravy). The bed was very firm (which is my preference).'

'They advertise a pool, there is NO pool, if fact it has been closed for more than a year according to the staff.'

There was not any coffee in the lobby for my husband and I since the staff were working very hard to keep the breakfast food filled for a large amount of people staying as part of a bus tour. 'Breakfast advertised as full breakfast, it was only weak coffee and stale granola bars. Little to no shower pressure, water lukewarm. Floors scuffed, very small sheets and blankets and window was jammed in open position.'

'There are no coffee pots in your room. I'm assuming owner... is not friendly at all. Customer service skills are horrible and not friendly. The only thing good about this place is there a place to rest your head. Spend a little bit more money and get a better hotel with better quality, cleanliness, and staff. All I ever see is one person here so I don't know what "staff" they're asking about. The rooms are disgusting. I literally had to wipe everything down myself and there was still filth...

'Great room for the price. We didn't get to breakfast on a Sunday until the very end of the timeframe it was open and it was still fully stocked with all of the options including hot food. Will add this hotel to my list when staying in Maumee!'

'We did not stay there as our room stunk of marijuana! The lobby was dingy and everything seemed dated. The front desk staff was excellent as they were able to relocate us to another facility. I would never recommend this property to anyone!!'

'I specifically booked a king suite and paid extra for it but was given a double queen suite. There was stains on the couch and ottoman that were not fresh. There was a tile missing in the bathroom. Outside of that, everything was fine.'

'I'm sorry to say the room was too cold and I couldn't use the control to fix it. The key card is difficult to use and I couldn't figure out how to use it for the TV. Also the faucet in the shower seemed to be broken. I had a sink bath. Over all the property was quiet, sound of door slams and such was practically non-existent. But the bed was very comfy! I rather enjoyed the atmosphere & would recommend it to my friends.'
