"Heel mooi hotel dat perfect gelegen is vlakbij Victoria station. Mooie inkomhal en de kamers zijn goed ingericht. Er ontbraken enkele nuttige zaken op de kamer (toiletborstel en watjes voor verzorging). Voor de rest zeer goed bed en mooie kamer. Ontbijt was zeker in orde (English breakfast) alleen de koffie vond ik absoluut niet lekker. Prijs/kwaliteit klopt dit hotel. We kregen ook per persoon een Jeton om een gratis aperitief te drinken in de bar, die heel gezellig was."

"Beautiful hotel. I would definitely return. The room is a bit small but besides that no complaints at all. We slept well in the bed, the staff is very polite and friendly, breakfast had a lot of options and the area/neighbourhood is quiet and clean with bus stops nearby."

"Great location and staff at the reception. Very helpfull on the check-out date and attentive on the occasion of my son’s birthday. The cleaning lady was a minus: when we left in the morning we turned on the clean my room sign. When we came back at 17:30 hrs the room wasn’t cleaned yet. We had to rush for dinner at 18:00 hrs, so I went to search for her outside the room. She looked disturbed and tired so I asked her just for Some clean towels so we could have a shower and go out again. She gave me the towels and told me ours was the only room she had to clean yet. So waiting for 10 minutes was an issue. Strange, since the sign was turned on in the morning and now we had to rush as she was waiting for us?! When we were ready I stepped out of the room to tell her she could come in, but as a favour just make up the beds only. She looked up disturbed from her phone and started talking loud to me in spanish. I asked if there was any problem but she did not answer. So, this was a bit of an awkward situation and we felt like we were asking too much for what we have paid for and the approach of this lady was not friendly and kind at all."

"Het was een luxe hotel waar het personeel er alles aan doet om je te bedienen. Koffers worden bij binnenkomst aangenomen en naar je kamer gebracht. Het ontbijt was goed maar weinig tot geen variatie. Voor het zwembad moet je een tijdslot reserveren. Dit gaat heel makkelijk en we hadden elke dag plek om te zwemmen. Vanaf het hotel is het 10 minuten lopen naar de metro (vauxhall, licht blauwe lijn Victoria). En het is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen naar the Londen Eye. Als we weer naar Londen gaan zouden we zeker hier weer verblijven."

"Locatie is top, personeel was heel vriendelijk. We mochten al eerder de kamer in. Kamer is verouderd, maar schoon. Zou wel liever een dekbed hebben dan de ouderwetse laken en deken."
