Start your day on the spacious deck, watching deer pass by and squirrels moving through the trees — and in the evening, fire up the grill and enjoy your steaks on the veranda as the forest settles into silence.

The distinctive A-frame design with high ceilings and an open layout creates a bright, airy atmosphere. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the cabin comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests — ideal for couples, families, or a relaxed weekend getaway with friends. Set at approximately 6,000 ft elevation, the cabin enjoys fresh mountain air and a pleasantly cool climate, even in summer.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and dishes, making it easy to prepare meals at home. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Step outside and explore hiking and biking trails right in the Sequoia Forest. Whether you prefer peaceful walks beneath towering trees or more challenging mountain routes, the area offers something for every level. Fresh mountain air and the sound of a nearby creek complete the experience.

Just a short drive away, Lake Isabella offers sandy beaches, kayaking, and watersports — three inflatable kayaks are available for guest use. The historic town of Kernville features restaurants, old-time saloons, museums, and shops — as well as access to fishing and rafting along the Kern River.

Parking is located about 60 yards from the cabin. A wooden railing leads you along the path from the street to the house, with two access options: one on level ground and another via a wooden stairway.
