'We stayed here for the night as we were going to the Farmers Dog pub for dinner. This is a great pub/restaurant with rooms. We were in the annexe across the court yard. Room was nice with plenty of space . Complimentary water, hot drinks, biscuits, shower toiletries and comfy top quality bedding. The only downside was the shower was a little awkward. Big waterfall shower but fitted a bit close to the taps so in order to be underneath it you had to stand right by the taps over the plug hole and...

'Great location for us staying at Diddley Squat Farm. Parking was easy and the gardens were very pretty. The check out desk isn't open until 8 am, however, if you are aiming for an early departure. '

'Me and my friend really enjoyed staying here over the weekend. The staff were wonderful and welcoming, helpful and professional. The room was beautifully clean and the Molton Brown products were lovely to use. The beds were comfortable and it was silent and peaceful throughout the night. Breakfast was to die for! So much choice, including plant-based alternatives which was so nice to see. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!'

'Located in a small village and overlooking the scenic Cotswolds, this small hotel has plenty to offer in fine dining. A car is a must, however there are pleasant and short drives to nearby walkable towns. '

'We stayed for 3 nights. It ticked all the boxes for us : very British ambiance, wonderful pub and restaurant, very frinedly service and close to Oxford but in a charming countryside village... Our room was right above the pub but no noise problems at all. Bathroom was comfortable and functional. '

'Bedroom beautifully presented. Tea, coffee and water in the room. Comfortable bed. Warm and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was well stocked good choice of drinks and cocktails. Breakfast, full breakfast included, delicious and lots of choice, eggs benedict, eggs royale etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again. There was a loyalty scheme but they didn't explain it so i have probably lost out on a lot of points. But otherwise excellent. '
