'Very welcoming staff, lovely room with everything we needed'

'From the moment we arrived we were made to feel comfortable and welcome. The friendly and helpful staff were always fully engaged in providing a first class service to us with a smile. We have had the privilege of staying at many 5 star hotels over the years but the attention to the small details at the Grove of Narberth was exceptional and beyond what we have experienced before.'

'An excellent hideaway place as advertised, also has a cottage for hire or glamping with a local well stocked shop. Ideal location for all the beaches and attractions. The morning breakfast was superb, a mix of cereals, fruit, continental style, as well as the full welsh cooked. The room was everyone you could as for, cosy, relaxing with a lovely en-suite. I would highly recommend this hotel, though I do want to revisit, so ignore this report. Seriously a wonderful stay, and will be back. '

'The decor and soft furnishings were gorgeous. Our room was spotless and warm. We could open the window to suit ourselves which I like. It had the feel of a very well- maintained manor house. The dining room has ornate original plasterwork and other original features. Our breakfast was freshly cooked to order and I recommend the porridge and the delicious vegetarian glamorgan sausage. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. '

'We had a lovely stay at Kingfisher cottage. The grounds of Maesgwynne Mansions (on which this small courtyard of cottages is situated) are lovely; this time of year flowering rhododendrons are a highlight, and a walk around took us past the fishing lake and neighbouring fields with various farm animals. There are fabulous views, and the outdoor swimming pool had a cover enabling us to use it even in early May. very peaceful & highly recommended.'

'The Premier is a short walk from the train station. The room was big enough, comfortable big bed, coffee machine and kettle. We had the breakfast buffet each morning and it was a good way to start the day. The location is fabulous for walking on the beaches, exploring the town - lots of shops and restaurants right out the front door. Staff were great . '
