'Despite a long walk and a few staircases to climb the room was lovely. Clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The cooked breakfast was very tasty, hot and well presented. Situated very close to the town. Would definitely return.'

'I booked on line which i wont ever do again ,the rooms are so small and badly decorated ,bathrooms need sprucing up very difficult with no shelves in bathroom ,also the stools by the kettle to high for the elderly to get up on ,i know it was a cheap price ,but honestly i would prefer travelodge ,decent chairs to sit on with plenty of teas ,coffee etc good lighting plugs by mirrors ,no tidy place to sit ,and advertising sea view had to stand on bed to see it. So for me we wouldnt stay there again...

The owners are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the local area and the staff were really lovely. The house is beautifully preserved through time and retains its original features, which have been lovingly maintained. The rooms overlook a picturesque countryside and exude a peaceful atmosphere. Our rooms were comfortable, impeccably clean and generously proportioned...
