A renovated 2 bedroom condo offers a wonderfully cozy getaway in the heart of downtown Winter Park where you can walk to all of the great local activities and attractions. Upon entering the unit you will be greeted with a modern interior design accented with hardwood flooring in the kitchen which compliments the wood cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances as well as the lovely wood accent wall.
Conveniently located between the kitchen and living area, the dining area has a lovely wooden table with bench seating for up to six guests to enjoy home cooked meals and the company of others in your party that are enjoying a relaxing time in the living room.
The living room has a comfortable sofa that is accented with two oversized recycling chairs to enjoy the wood burning fireplace, flat screen television and views from the sliding glass doors. The private deck is a wonderful spot to enjoy the river and surrounding neighborhood views.
The primary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep, flat screen television, access to the private deck and en-suite full bathroom.
The second bedroom also has a double-sized bed, flat screen television and a second en-suite full bathroom.

Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, private deck, wood burning fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning and guest must provide their own firewood for the fireplaces.
Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles in the outdoor parking lot.

House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
