Amazing 1B Condo At Winter Park Resort and 150 ft to the Gondola.

This cozy 1 king sized bed condo also has a very comfortable queen sofa sleeper is on the amenity deck of Fraser Crossing -- just across from the resort lifts. That means you are never far from your adventures and only 10 feet away from the brand new hot tub when you are done.

We have updated and replaced nearly everything so it is fresh, inviting, and comfortable. Be close to the fast 10 passenger Gondola.

We have a small kitchen but it is fully stocked with a two burner stove, a combination microwave + convection oven, crockpot, blender, pots, and pans. There are place settings (plate, bowl, utensils) for 6 and at least 12 glasses so you are not always doing dishes. Plastic cups are provided for the children or in case you want to take your beverage onto the amenity deck. The dishwasher is full sized, while the the mini-refrigerator is big enough to hold the your essential perishables and a few frozen items.

The sofa sleeper is comfortable to both sit on and sleep in with a built in air bladder for additional comfort. Our home is kid friendly with a port-a-crib and high chair available.

The large bath has a walk in shower in addition to a separate tub and plenty of counter and cabinet space.

The living room sports a new 55" 4k HD TV with blu-ray player and HD cable. The blu-ray player supports Playstation gaming if you provide a controller and a PSN subscription. The bedroom has a HD TV with DVD player and cable. An assortment of family fun board games (Sequence, Rummikub, Farkle, decks of cards, etc.) is provided in the TV console drawers.

Our Amazon Echo is a fun device to provide information, music and entertainment. Ask "Alexa, what is the weather today?" or command "Alexa, play rock on Pandora". Sorry but our Amazon and Pandora music choices may be limited.

Enjoy the amenity area, hot tub, fire pits, BBQs, and a heated garage and ski locker. The building entrances are locked during the winter so be sure to keep your access code handy. Garage parking is $21/night during the Winter season and $3/stay during the Summer season. We send you information to secure garage access before you arrive.

Our home is located in the heart of Winter Park Resort in Winter Park CO. Walk across the street to find food, drink, entertainment and amazing year round activities. Ski and tube during the winter or hike and ride during the summer. Catch the free bus to the towns of Winter Park or Fraser during the winter.

We do not have a washing machine or clothes dryer, but both are available (for a cost) with a quick walk across the amenity deck (or around the building by the elevators) on the same floor as the condo.
