' The layout is great but the quality of the build is really poor. No heat in bathrooms. The heat was off when we entered the house so it was 48. There’s no smoke alarms. Bathroom vents not in place, just a big hole in the ceiling.'

'Where do I begin--- 1) upon checking in Friday a maintenance guy was parked in the driveway so I had to contact the owner where to park since the property is on a very narrow road and there is no available street parking, 2) maintenance guy was on the property for almost 2 hours to get heat and hot water working, 3) I was instructed to turn up the heat to heat up the water (that didn't work, couldn't take comfortable warm showers at bedtime after a long travel day), 3) left early in the morning...

'The host was very responsive and friendly. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. We did get breakfast at the Great Barrington Bagel Company and had a great breakfast. Highly recommend!'
