'Excellent,room is clean'

'Had a lovely and memorable experience with my family. We booked two rooms and both of them were upgraded to the Artist suites - we had the best time, the suite is beautiful and very well maintained. Great location, easy to get to everywhere and the breakfast buffet was great.'

'We recently stayed here for the Kanye West concert, and the location could not have been more ideal. Being within easy walking distance of the venue made the entire evening completely stress-free—no fighting for expensive rideshares, no waiting in gridlocked post-show traffic, and no hassle, just a quick and easy stroll back to the hotel after an incredible night. Beyond the unbeatable convenience, the hotel itself was superb in every way. The room was beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean,...

'We hebben hier 2 nachten na aankomst in Indonesië verbleven voor we op doorreis gingen. Het is het perfecte hotel om bij te komen van de lange heenreis. Kamers zijn mooi, schoon, worden dagelijks goed schoongemaakt en een heerlijk bed. Aan faciliteiten ook geen gebrek met twee fantastische zwembaden, een rooftop bar en heerlijk eten in het restaurant. Al met al een echte aanrader in Jakarta! '

'What a beautiful stay, if only we could have stayed longer. The staff really makes a difference too, so kind and helpful in particular Ananda, but also her colleagues at reception and restaurant. Breakfast buffet was the best we had.'

'A real true experience. I booked from 01 march till 3 march, the room is huge with lounge access included. Food and beverages unlimited, all is included. Nearly all staff rembers my name from cleaning service to lounge staff. A top notch get away frm your daily duties. It was so comfortable , i extended one more night so check out on monday which was not the plan. After checking out , i was presented a gift , a Ritz-Carlton cap given my the guest recognition manager mr Dennis. A big...

'Heel fijn hotel, keurige appartementen en excellente voorzieningen'

'Hotel is in a good location with friendly staff and great amenities :) Would come back again!'

'Schitterend hotel dat ondanks de bomaanslag van enkele jaren geleden niets van haar charme heeft verloren. Geen minpunten tenzij je je zou storen aan verhoogde veiligheid. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, attent en behulpzaam'

'Stayed in a good room that was clean, comfortable, and had good air conditioning. The hotel staff is very helpful. There are a few minor areas that could be improved. The toilet keeps running. The flush button needs to be pressed twice or thrice. Washing your clothes via the hotel is a bit pricey. You don’t get that added perfume smell either. Getting a massage there when you had a long trip is worth it. You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated.'

'シャワーのお湯がチョロチョロ'
