'Beyond exceptional. Hotel is more an exceptional museum with luxury rooms with 7 star treatment. Unlike anything else. '

'Gezellig hostel. Vriendelijk personeel. Voor 35k heb je een ontbijtje.. Hostel heeftt een uitstekende pris/kwaliteit verhouding. Hostel ligt uitstekend om Batavia te ontdekken.'

'Staff is really nice, hotel is at a location that is good for work, especially if you have to be in the port, but both hotel and environment are not a touristical "hotspot".'

'Solid accommodation, nice staff, good facilities '

'Prima hotel, niets op aan te merken. Waarde voor je geld'

'Sprakeloos!

'On the surface this hotel is lovely- the towels in the bathroom had large holes (not a minor tear but holes), the shower head spurted more water sideways than down. The water dispenser in the hall provided hot and hotter water and the bidet leaked. Bedding was grey and dingey. The breakfast was the worst we hadover three weeks in Indonesia. Despite the negatives the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious and quiet.'

'I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the accommodations provided during our recent stay at your establishment, which was booked as an executive family room for four persons through [Expedia/booking portal]. We expected a three-star hotel experience based on the descriptions and images presented on the booking platform. However, the reality was shockingly substandard, misleading, and entirely unacceptable. Upon arrival, there was just a guy in a tiny shop lot under the...
