'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

'Great hotel in downtown San Antonio. Lots of space to lounge, eat, and grab a cocktail. The riverwalk is amazing, with lots of places to eat and take a boat ride.'

'Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable.'

'Staff were helpful with check-in (with a fee) — I was able to check in early and they emailed me my room info which made for a swift stop at the hotel before heading out in town. Secure entry during the evenings with inputting provided code, same for elevator, and room which made me feel secure. The location is a block away from the river which is nice when you’re down to eat and do cool things. It can be loud in the late evenings from street noises, horses galloping, and people just passing by...

'The rooms were very nice and clean. The restrooms were not very private. There is a sliding glass door which does not allow much privacy if you are sharing a room. Rooms were a little pricey considering that you have to pay $35 or $50+ for valet parking or higher at night for parking. Breakfast was not included in the room price. Staff were friendly. After checkout my card was charged $521 extra and I had to call them to have it corrected.'

'There was no hot water, 2 broilers broke while we were there. Had no idea you had to pay another $100 for parking (I only stayed 2 nights) breakfast was fresh and staff was nice. '
