'I did feel like safety was a big concern here and they did well with that. However I feel like they don’t trust the guests and maybe there’s reasons why. But I had to ask for ice and the desk guy had to get it. It was like a clump of chizzled ice that really did no good for me. There was absolutely nothing at the breakfast I could eat. On. Good note, the room was clean.'

'Breakfast was very well done. The staff doing breakfast was very nice and knew peoples names which was very nice to hear. The room was clean. My coffee pot didnt work and they changed it out but that one didnt work either. They were helpful but after the 2nd coffee pot it was not worth the headache. It was a safe location and convenient for where I was going.'

'The hotel was nicely decorated. The room was clean, staff was accommodating. We did have to go downstairs and retrieve a set of sheets for the sofa bed in our room. Also there were no bellhops available, but overall we had a nice stay.'

'The linen was dirty, switched rooms and was still dirty in the new room. Cigarette burns all over the comforters. The room smelled but the odor seemed to be masked with some type of men’s cologne. The ac leaked water all over the floor. The remote to the tv was dirty and sticky. Overall the room felt unclean. The breakfast was minimal but decent. Did not use the pool due to feeling as if it was not clean.'

'Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!'
