'Worst experience starting with the room literal burn holes in the blankets, looked like smeared toothpaste on the mirror, the curtain looked like it had been there since that hotel opened. The pillows were as small as a couch pillow and flat as a sheet will never return '

'The staff member Virginia was was really really rude and unprofessional and she always has a bad attitude she should not be working there 😠 she has been very difficult and disrespectful as far as the other staff members which is Ashley and the cleaning lady they are very sweet very nice the property is very awesome the gym definitely needs to be worked on they need to fix the treadmill because it's not powering on the laundry is awesome the rooms are the best'

'Very nice room with clean carpet and very professional staff and is located in a very nice area with lots of dining options nearby. Breakfast was also great. Only recommendation is to consider updating your couches especially those that are little dated, I’m sure they will make your guests a little more happier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will highly recommended this location.'

'Parking was easy..the staff was nice...i had one of the jetted tub rooms, but not informed that the switch was across the room...i had to call the front desk to find that out...then in the side drain of the tub still had hair in it from the previous stay...then at 8 am someone opened the room..no knocking it woke me up'

'For $150 a night I expected a free breakfast, but it was an additional $13. The DID offer free coffee and fruit, so that was good, and I took advantage of that. Wanted to give a shout out to "Kevin" who was very helpful, pleasant and professional even though I want to the front desk about 5 times with different issues (none were the fault of the hotel). '

'We stayed here for one night as we were doing some college tours, the beds were comfortable however the room cleanliness was poor as there was food crumbs all over the carpet, hair on the bathroom floor and shower. The breakfast bar had a couple of different options to choose from but the food did not taste freshly made. Overall it was good place to sleep and recover.'

'AMAZING BREAKFAST! THEY HAVE OMLET ON DEMAND. DELICIOUS! Room was clean and great space for big groups. My only complaint and disappointment is that, because we were a big group we did use the sofa bed and it was a big disappointment. The mattress was super thin and it was leaning back, so we had sleep where the feet goes. And this line of hotel I would have expected better quality.'
