'Although the condo is under extensive exterior repairs, our end of the condo was not being repaired. The inside of condo is as pictured, with basic amenities. Since there is no a/c we appreciated the many fans that kept the condo cool. The views of the ocean are amazing and we loved the sunrises. There are a few local food trucks close and the Crouching Lion restaurant is awesome. We were looking for quiet and remote and this condo was perfect.'

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'This was our 30th visit to Hawaii's north shore and second stay at this location. We were impressed enough that we have already booked it for our next trip in February. I think that sums it up.'

'Charming 1 bedroom condo very near the Ritz Carlton resort, golf courses, beach, walking trails and excellent restaurants. Very clean with all the necessary amenities. Quiet property with beautiful pool nearby and nicely landscaped grounds. A comfortable king size bed. Hostess was responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommemded.'
