'Rustic style vacation cabin steps to lake. Cabin had everything we needed. Loved watching the egrets, blue heron, and bald eagles. Caught 40 fish right from shore. Had a wonderful stay. Tom was easy to talk too. '

'We loved the location to Tim's Ford Lake. It was a perfect pet friendly home. If you don't have pets it may not be the place for you....walking in the door you can smell pets have stayed here but for us it worked and we plan to stay at this location (if available) on our next trip to the lake.'

'A great house to join together with my family from out of state. The house was. Clean and as described, well stocked and comfortable. The weather wasn’t great - but if it was, u easily could have seen us staying by the dock all day kayaking and using the SUP’s. Derrick communicated well. Definitely rent the golf cart. Also, the house itself is pretty quiet- the sound doesn’t travel room to room - which was nice with multiple families. '

'Amy was wonderful to deal with. The house is perfect for a larger group. The elevator allowed us to bring our 85 year old mom who loved watching us on the boat from the cover porch. Several age groups were part of this trip and everyone loved their experience (not always easy to pull this off). The fire pit out back was great for the evenings. The highlight is the boat dock. 'The house is adorable, we loved spending the weekend at this location. I will say that the cleanliness & updating of furniture was a bit off when it came to this house: - the couch has massive stains, we ended up covering the couch with extra sheets. - there are fake limes in the dining room table that have bite marks on them. - the bed mattresses are very hard - would recommend taking your own pillows as well. - the master bedroom fan works but the light wouldn’t turn off so it got stuffy in...

'This is a nice place but if you have a a disability or are a senior citizen this may not be a place for you to stay. It is a hilly rough walk to the dock and back up. Even my grandchildren were out of breath. Also there were no washcloths in the entire place. No dishrags either.'

'This house is located on one of the best locations on the lake; peaceful cove but located near Tim’s Ford Marina. Bedrooms are good size; family room is big and great for family game time. Kids loved the large bunk room. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We had a very good family vacation. Would rent again.'
