'Gasten zijn redelijk luidruchtig Personeel niet klantgericht'

'Lovely property, lovely staff, perfect location.'

'Room was fairly clean, although there was an M&M under the bed that should have been vacuumed up from the previous occupant. We had an issue with the toilet tank refilling after flushing that we reported and were given an interim solution because it was well after hours for maintenance to repair. We have stayed at this hotel many times before and never had a problem. Service at the restaurant/lounge was fantastic. The minor incident wasn't enough to cause us not to return again in the...

'For the most part everything was nice. Plenty of things to do around me and I was able to just keep to myself. Only real issue I came across was one of the morning associates was very rude to me when I went downstairs for breakfast. I guess there was a need to wear shoes policy to be in the lobby which I genuinely had no idea. 'For the price I paid for a one night stay couldn’t be beat compared to where I usually book when I come to Bedford. 'Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst.

'Everything was good'
