'The hotel is part of a repurposing of a historic building, and if lovely. The renovation is well-appointed taste tasteful and well-maintained the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The associated restaurant (Dram Yard) was marvelous, with exquisite food offering and a staff that was a joy to deal with. Location was convenient to downtown Wilmington. However, size of the rooms are small, almost more European in design, and there is no elevator between floors. I do love the courtyard. Overall,...

'Great healthy breakfast, freshly made every morning. Beautiful boutique hotel with cool interior on great location'

'El hotel tiene una fantástica ubicación, es hermoso, el personal es atento, todo excelente. La única razón por la que no le pongo todas las estrellas es porque debido a que era Halloween el hotel estaba súper lleno y no limpiaron la habitación. Hablé con una amable empleada que me pidió mil excusas y me explicó la situación. La gerencia debió tomar prevenciones al respecto, no se puede cortar gastos en esos aspectos.'

'Overall fantastic stay! Staff was super friendly, very accommodating and nice to chat with while staying professional yet leisurely which made for a comfortable environment before even checking in. Rooms were very clean and well stocked on towels, coffee, extra toilet paper, etc and we absolutely loved the 24/hr coffee bar in the lobby that was always full. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area!'

'My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found...

'Enjoyable stay with helpful staff. Kind of tucked away but I liked that.'

'This hotel was great! The room was not super spacious but had everything we needed. Very clean & comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice too.'

'Great stat'

'The check-in person was great, it was midnight before we got there and he got us checked in right away. The room was great.'

'A new establishment that more than exceeded our expectations. Everything was immaculately clean and fresh. The only thing lacking was toiletries and tissue paper. But if that is ll we have to gripe about, take your own supply and enjoy this new hotel by Marriott. It is priced nicely.'

'The first time that I stayed at this hotel last year, everything was excellent. This time when I stayed for most of our stay, the water in the bathroom was not even hot. It was barely lukewarm. I told the staff member about the water not being hot, and she told me that maintenance left at twelve. Noon, on a saturday of all days. I don't know if I will use this hotel again. Cause no one likes to take a cold shower when it is cool outside.'
