'We enjoyed the cabin for two families of four. The man cave was a great place to relax at night. For us, the outdoor area was great including the fire pit, grill, canoe and an area for fishing. We initially thought we could maybe swim off of our deck, but the water had quite a bit of trash and debris so we went us the road to the beach as an alternative. The owner Hank was responsive to our needs and suggestions. We made some great memories and enjoyed the cabin!'

'This place is absolutely wonderful! Very secluded at the end of a dead end road. Very private and peaceful. Cathy was quick to respond, and the place was well stocked with everything needed. This might be the best place we've stayed at in years. Definitely recommend this property!'

'We absolutely enjoyed our stay here!, beautiful location, great cabin, hassle free check in, the cabin itself is like home from home, it has everything uou need and everything you likely forgot, from the snacks to a case of water in the fridge, to bug repellent should you need it, comfy bed and nice linens, we will absolutely stay here again!! We were able to check in early too which we were grateful for. Thankyou for this treasure in the woods!'

'House is nice, ceilings are a bit low for the tall people, and additional steps in the kitchen that are not handicap accessible. backyard was nice with the firepit and cornhole provided. Very close to lake, which was nice. Manager was easy to work with. Would rent again.'

'We enjoyed our stay- thanks for providing plenty of towels. The shower drain in the downstairs bathroom was completely plugged upon our arrival. We bought Draino and tried to unplug it but it still remains restricted. This made the shower basically unusable which was challenge for 5 adults in the house. Bathroom mirror in upstairs bathroom is so dark I couldn’t see to put on my make up. Additional lighting definitely needed as well as some type of table and a nightstand in upstairs bedroom....

'Wonderful lil place. Mary's kindness and little touches set this place out. Only thing that could have been better would be a small cement slab to park my motorcycle on. DID I MENTION ITS right off the RATTLESNAKE!!! Bikers paradise.. got some awesome video of the lightning storm that hit us. What a view. Mary if you read this. Cement slab pls.. see ya in the fall'
