'The property is well located for my purpose. When areived to check-in the room was not ready and they were working on the air-conditioning. I was worried about leaving my belongings in the room with strangers l cannot hold accountable. My room was opposite the reception and noise from people coming there and continually talking makes it hard for me to focus on what l was doing. It will help if the front door is better soundproofed so guests can have their privacy or relocate the reception from...

'We had a wonderful stay here. Communication was good and fast, and the staff was friendly. The only point of improvement I have is the check-in time. I came directly from the airport. And when we arrived at the accommodation, we had to wait for 45 minutes to an hour before we could go to our apartment. Because we had to wait for the agent. After a long flight, you just want to go to your room and relax. Nonetheless, the agent was very friendly and helpful. So 5 stars.'
