Paid $233 for one night, thinking this would be a lovely place to stay, but in reality, this should be rated as a motel, as the rooms are very small, dark, old and dirty/dingy. Started out by having to wait in line 25 minutes just to check in at 4:00 pm. Either the staff is incredibly slow, or the system they use is antiquated - or both. Even though check in started at 3:00pm, we were told our advance online request for an upstairs room could not be honored because no upstairs rooms were “ready” yet. Once we got into our room, we found dried, sticky messes on both the night stand and desk - which also served as the coffee pot stand. It was clear to see that someone took a swipe at both with a damp cloth, but did not bother to actually clean them. Two of three of our white bath towels had nasty, crusty large brown stains on them - very gross. The beds were comfortable enough, but one of our comforters was oddly very lumpy - top to bottom. I would not recommend this place, and I will definitely never stay here again.

The room is nice and comfortable. Clean …the biggest issue we had was not having very hot water in the shower. It became a little warmer as the water ran but definitely not as warm as we would have liked.

We stayed here before so choose to this time. The only annoyance was the water going off again on the first day between 10-12. Otherwise it is a nice clean hotel rooms away from the road are quiet. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. Special mention to Jacky on the front desk in the mornings, always cheerful and polite.

A nice clean hotel for an overnight stop, friendly staff. We stayed here before 2 nights prior to this stay and the water seems to go off at 10am. Not very convenient if you’re having a late check out. Otherwise nice and comfortable.

The rooms are nice and modern and the bed is comfy. It is by a road so you will get a lot of vehicle noise in the front. The only issue we had was the AC unit in the room not turning off even when the off switch was pressed. When reported to reception, they came and looked, suggested leaving it for a while to see if it switched off. It did not so asked to change rooms which was done without any fuss.

We couldn't get WIFI the night we checked in and the front desk person was unable to help us.. it was working the next morning... but we rely on WIFI to connect with family while travelling so it was an inconvenience

Easy check in. Breakfast was actually really good. My only small complaint would be parking. We couldnt get a spot next to our room but we parked in the back and walked through the beautiful lighted courtyard.

Black mold in AC Heat unit. Toxic back mold and mildew spores smelled in air. Immediately smelled when entering the room. Took off grill of unit to discover black mold in fins of cooling system and styrofoam insulation. Property manager said they would refund my money. I slept in my car for a few hours and continued my travel to Ft.Worth. I was fatigued but better than breathing toxic mold and becoming I’ll with pneumonia or worse.

This hotel was spotless, quiet, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever in the area!

One of our favorite hotels in Wichita. Very clean. Nice staff. Easy check in. Good breakfast. We stay here at least 3-4 times a year.
