"Very clean and cosy. Country cottage style with plenty of comfortable chairs and reading "nooks". The beds were good. Great that there was a dishwasher. Quite a steep walk up from the shore hut the views on the way down were tremendous and the cafe bar "Salt and Thistle" was great for coffees, drinks ..."

"We had a great stay. Such a beautiful location and the hotel was tastefully refurbished since our last visit. The room was superficially clean and I may be picky but it could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom and toilet. The staff, particularly the restaurant staff, were pleasant and helpful. ..."
