'Can’t criticise anything about our stay at Station Inn. Loved it! Would highly recommend.'

'Great hostel, amazing location. Very clean even though the property is older.'

'We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings'

'Absolutely wonderful place we loved every minute!'

'Stunning room but small and missed having a chair to sit on. Bed very high and in my 70th found a little difficulty getting onto the bed. But great tea tray lovely cups for tea and coffee.'

'The location of the cottage is excellent, right next to the river Esk and on a very quiet holiday park (in April anyway). There is an amazing viaduct over the river where there is bungy jumping every couple of weeks during the summer and you can walk over it into Whitby which is only 30 mins away on foot. 'The room was lovely and very comfortable. I had some difficulty with the stairs both in the accommodation and in the outer building because of my mobility, so I would warn others of the steepness of the stairs. I booked it as it showed beside the station but it is actually not there, it is higher up the hill behind the town. All other listings seem to be correct so seems to be a hotels.com problem'

'Nettes kleines Hotel direkt am Meer.'

'prima guesthouse met zeer aardige hostess, lokatie prima, dicht bij zee en centrum. Whitby is een leuk plaatsje'

'Apartment was clean, warm and comfortable '

'Excellent. Everything you could need was already thought of.'
