'I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. I booked the room one day in advance through the Expedia app, where it was clearly mentioned that air-conditioning was included. However, when I arrived, there was no air conditioner in the room—only a heater, which made it very uncomfortable as the room became quite warm.
