'It's not what I was expecting. The pictures we saw on expedia was very misleading. Around 750 we paid for two nights . We got moldy smelly cupboards two little portable heaters . Moldy curtains .The room was very cold, old looking . We traveled with 3 kids and I didn't feel it was very hygienic. Atleast a heat pump would've been ideal in this winter time . I would've loved a little bottle of milk to start of with as I am a coffee lover . No spa as I was told it has one . We requested for a...

'The room was immaculate, clean and comfortable for the two of us. Great bathroom very big and spacious. I had to work for a bit, the desk was spacious and the wifi had good coverage. We did not have a spa pool. Staff very friendly and I used the service sign to have our room serviced; came back and the room was spotless, thank you. Will definitely stay again and the rate was very good. Close to supermarket, town and restaurants so good location.'

'Value for money, paid $160 for two nights room was warm beds where clean, private spa bath. Yes not flash and perfect, but for the price I won’t complain. Two indoor spas and an outdoor heated pool, perfect for thoose travelling on a budget !!'

'Het regal Palms is handig om in Rotorua te zitten. Het complex lijkt groter dan het is . Handig met parkeren, verwarmd zwembad en klein midgedgolf erbij.'

'Not a bad place to stay if you have busy days planned and use the motel to crash out. The mall is just across the road and Pak n save is close by too. A short drive to Eat street but you could walk this too. Maybe a 15 min walk or less. Room was clean and spacious ( 2 ppl). Parking is a bit of a squeeze but ok. Spa and pool where closed during our stay'

'Stayed in this place during the Tarawera Ultramarathon weekend. Rooms are spacious, well furnished and clean. Both te city center and attractions like Te Puia are whitin walking distance. During the warmer days in summer ac would be convenient. '
