'The location is in the heart of downtown Santa Ana. The area looks recently renovated, and we felt safe walking around. There are many dining options within walking distance. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The interior is modern and spacious. Wifi is fast. The food court downstairs played music in the evening, but it ended around 9:30 PM, so it wasn’t a problem. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful.'

'property was in a very quiet neighborhood. only problem I had was sometime the parking on the street was taken. But no big deal just went around and parked in front of garage. super clean , love the shower, would come back again for sure.'

'Clean and fairly easy access. The gate was difficult to navigate, but after 2 days we figured it out. Check in and out easy. Appreciate the location, which worked for our visit to relatives. Hope to return.'

'We just recently became grandparents and we traveled to Orange to see our grandson for the first time. This rental was located in the building next to where our children live. It was very handy and convenient. This place is located in a great spot which enables you to walk to anything that you would ever need. The room was perfect and our host texted us quickly to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! Looking forward to coming back.'

'My family and I had no issues during our stay. The property was clean, it was easy to check in, and Grace responded to some inquiries in a timely manner. The only negatives are more personal reasons. In one of the bedrooms, there was only one outlet to plug in electronics. The property is located on a very noisy and busy street which made it hard to fall asleep. That being said, the property itself and the neighboring units were pretty quiet. '

'The only thing I was surprised about was that this property is a converted covered patio that is attached to the host's house. After getting over that surprise and worry of safety, we were just fine. We needed somewhere to sleep, eat, and shower while we played at Universal and Disneyland and we were able to do that! Place was clean as a converted parking can be! We really appreciated the use of the washer and dryer. That helped so much with our luggage packing. We would stay again! The host is...

'We had a great week long stay here! Location was perfect-close to Disney, LA, family in Anaheim and lots of stores and places to eat nearby. We felt very safe in the unit the entire stay. Host was very friendly and very responsive to our needs. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with all things needed. Loved the outside balcony/porch attached to one of the bedrooms. Parking was always easy to find. Building unit is in is super cute with a water feature in the courtyard!'
