Villa's in Western Suburbs

'The air conditioner in the room sounded like the furnace in the movie Home Alone. The refrigerator squealed. The shower did not drain at all. And flooded the bathroom. That would explain the nasty and moldy mildew smell the room had. We arrived at 2:50 p.m. and we're told check-in was not until 3:00 and we would have to wait 10 minutes or pay $10 to check in early. About time of day there was nobody in the lobby and nobody in the parking lot the building was pretty empty. Thought that was sort...

'Everything was great the staff was very accommodating. Only complaint would be that the breakfast could have been better. Clean place and the beds were very comfortable.'

'Lost my bag, front desk was very helpful and had toothbrush, toothpaste, and deodorant for me. Very much appreciate the little things.'

Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. '
