'Sadly, we had some issues with our stay. The room was very nice, but the staff was often not available at the front desk and lots of facilities were not available. The pool was being renovated. The fitness room was very limited (only 2 machines). The laundry services had been broken for multiple weeks and had not been fixed. Additionally, the surrounding area was not nice. 'The hotel’s location is great—it's close to downtown, where many of the restaurants are, and it’s right along the river, which was a nice bonus. However, the pictures on the website make the property look more updated than it actually is. The pool and hot tub area need both cleaning and maintenance.
