The customer service at the Vdara was top notch. We were slightly confused on parking because there is no garage, but we were told at check in that we got FREE valet for being in an owner suite so that made our life 100X better/easier. « Communication with the manager was incredible pretty much from the time I made the reservation. The condo was very clean and comfortable with all of the amenities you need. The location was great for us -- far enough away from the strip but easy to get there when we wanted to explore. We were too busy to take advantage of the pool, but it looked nice and clean. « This VRBO is the one! Perfect location right in the middle of the strip! As a guest of the Jockey Club, you get all the wonderful amenities of the Cosmopolitan. We went to both pools, the gym, and even played tennis. The elevator to the jockey club is hidden away inside the Cosmopolitan, but once you find it it’s so easy to get from your unit to the casino floor, the pools and the gym. »
