« I booked the room for two nights. I work overnights just wanted to come n go to bed when I get off only to find out my room was cancelled without any notice and given to someone else because I didn’t check in the night before. The whole point of paying for two nights was to make sure I had a room to go to at 8am..the staff was rude and didn’t care at all when I came to check in. »

« The hotel smells horrible. It smells of cigatette smoke terribly. Our toilet was broken and wouldn't quit running and no one to fix it. We had to move to a completely different room which faced the main parking lot. A truck right out our windows car alarm went off at least 15 times on Wed July 8th. So annoying. Even tho there was my wife and I we would only get one wash cloth. Had to ask front desk for one each day She said shortage due to sump pump issues. Tha casino itself is horrible. ...
