'This place was for a relaxed trip. Nothing fancy. Just casual '

'We had a very nice spacious ground floor room with king bed and large bathroom (suite 7) in the Carriage House annex. It had a view of the main building's rear. It is a nice heritage building. Towels and shower were good. Breakfast offered freshly made hot items and home-made jam of good quality. Friendly staff. Parking in the quiet street in front of the hotel. Breakfast time between 9 and 10 am, a bit too late to our liking. The king bed was a bit too sensitive to a partner's movements in bed....

'Lovely historic home converted to small B&B. Location is perfect for exploring downtown Fredericksburg or visiting the Pacific War museum. Breakfast was delivered to our door each morning. The room was small but comfortable. We will stay at Evers House again! '

'This very cozy and relaxing cottage was the very thing we needed for a stress free weekend getaway! The cottage was very clean, quaint with nice decor! 'Wonderful find in the Wimberley Square area. Everything is steps away from the Inn. The Inn is quiet and a lovely garden at its center Is a great spot to relax and rest. The room was well maintained and very clean and the owner is welcoming and attentive. '

'This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. '

'The bed and breakfast was very nice; can't say enough about the view. I cant say enough about our host - thought everything for our accommodations, very knowledgeable avout the areas and his suggestions were well worth heeding, the breakfasts served were excellent. My wife was very pleased - i hope this is not our last time here '
