'Perfect Kauai getawayWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It is comfortable and very cozy. The house was built after WWII so it had tons of charm. So nice to be in a quiet neighborhood and just relax to the sound of the waves, birds, roosters and the pond in the backyard. 'It was our first time to the Island. We were intrigued by the price. Significantly less than other resorts. It’s centrally located allowing easy access to the north or south parts of the island. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful. What we didn’t know was it’s on the rainy side of the island and it’s an older resort, however well maintained. Pools were excellent. Food and drinks at the pool were excellent. They only allow one pool towel per person. That’s stupid. You get what you...

'The beds, staff, and taxi to the airport (10$) was nice. The room was clean, but no curtains (wake up early). The other guests were loud, fighting and smoking - we Would therefore not stay here again. '

'We were in a garden view room on the first floor, and it was very nice. It was great to have a cup of coffee on the lanai the morning, or sit in the evening and hear the music. Very convenient having the Marketplace right next door with shops and eateries. Kauai Shores is conveniently located on the island. Very close to the airport, not a far drive to beaches or other attractions. Would stay there again!'
